"Drive thru staff were friendly. The food was prepared quickly and came put hot. They got everything correct in the order. I recommend this business."

"It's one of the worst Wendys we've been in. Unsanitary conditions across the board. Cook behind the counter was chewing gum!, and touching his phone. They didn't wash their hands and went right back to making food with dirty gloves. Both managers witnessed behavior and missed coaching opportunities. All the tables were dirty, and the drink station was a mess. My husband received a burger that clearly should have been chilly meat, but because it had cheese , n it was served anyway. Had we witnessed his behavior would never have ordered from this establishment."

"Terrible terrible. Not only was there customer service terrible but the food was awful complete mess just thrown together in the bag. Got the order wrong but then they get mad at you for making them redo it, forget about trying to use your rewards here as well because apparently they don’t that here. Avoid this Wendy’s trust me they will waste your money."

"Service is horrible at this location. The staff is rude. Frosty machine is always out of order. Purchased meals for my family 11/24/23 at 2:30pm. When my wife arrived home with our food, she discovered that I received a Dave's single VS the Dave's double that we ordered. My wife called and ask for the manager. The person she spoke with would not give her name; she advised me wife that she don't have to give her name out. She was very rude and was acting as though my wife was trying to deceive her. Our family don't recommend this Wendy's. Stay away from this location unless you like cold fries and rude staff."

"We sat at the speaker for drive through for 20 min to be told only 2 times be right with you and was never served. A young man was taking out the trash and could see me and the 6 cars behind me waiting.. as he was taking out the trash 2 girls and him where joking and playing around all 3 had head sets on and could have cared less about the line wrapping around the building. I then said hello and the girl comes through speaker and says just a minute. . At this point person behind me is trying to get the guy’s attention and he ignored her, I wouldn’t be complaining if I actually saw them working instead of playing around,. I did end up leaving with no service as did the others behind me. When I drove around I saw the car that ordered still sitting and waiting for her food they made her pull up away from window. And she was just sitting there waiting on her food. Saw another older employee walking around lobby. I understand it was Halloween night and things get busy but they were to busy playing around until all the cars left and went next door to Taco Bell , like I did. I said to Taco Bell worker guess you guys are only ones that want peoples business because Wendy’s to busy not working and playing around . He said it’s always like that they let people sit there when it gets busy till they people leave. So because they choose not to work the the 6 cars and my self gave our money to Taco Bell instead of your establishment."
