"I just moved to town from GA, and was really excited about trying this place out, however I had the hardest time booking an appointment. I called and left a message during business hours…5 days later I received a text message at 10:00pm asking if I still needed to book an appointment. I responded the next day and never got a response. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to stop by the salon thinking I could book an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to text all the girls to see who was taking on new clients, and they would get back to me. I walked out of the salon without an appointment and I still haven’t heard from them…it’s been two weeks since my initial contact. I hope this is a one off situation, because they must be losing a ton of new business if this is their client experience. I called another salon and was able to make an appointment and they got me in within two days and I love them, so it all worked out in the end for me, however Salt has lost my business."

I have taken my young sons for haircuts here as well and was extremely happy with their cuts and how patient the stylists were with kids who couldn’t sit still. The salon is clean, stylists are professional and friendly, and I leave with the style I want every single time! 10/10 recommend this salon!!!"
