"It was great experience being a former manager in the 80s things had changed. Nicole was an excellent hairdresser took her time with my weird asymmetrical haircut. She made it look better than when I walked in. With a lot of communication it all came out great she's a great listener the wait time was very good."
"I went in for a cut on Thursday and everything seemed fine. The girl who cut my hair was friendly and I did not have a long wait since I made an appointment. I have short hair so it didn't take long. On Friday when I washed my hair I saw that it was noticeably longer on the right side. On Saturday morning I went in and told them the hair was longer on one side and I needed it corrected. At first they could not find me in the computer but did find me in the appointment book and one of the other girls remembered me from 2 days before. A girl who I assume was the manager offered to make me an appointment for some other time. There were 4 people cutting hair and 2 people waiting and they couldn't be bothered to have me sit for a few minutes and wait for someone to be free to fix their screw up. She honestly seemed surprised that I didn't find waiting maybe a couple of days for them to have time for me to be a great option. I went to another salon where I was waited on right away and was only charged for a bang trim. Supercuts lost my and my family's business today."
