"Normally I don’t leave a bad review . But I am really disappointed and don’t want other customer has to experience the same as me . Just don’t do Brazilian blowout there . Kelsie might good at something else . But not Brazilian blow out for sure . Normally I do Brazilian blowout every year . Sometimes 2 times a year. This time I spent $250+$40. And it was terrible. 1 hair wash already back to normal. So mad and disappointed ☹️"

"Wow, where do I even begin? I’ve been searching for a good hair salon that can accommodate women who wear hijab, while feeling taken care of and my hair needs. As a first time clientele, I enter and see my name on the chalkboard being welcomed which was a nice touch especially having been on the hunt for a good local salon for some time. I was blown away by the service, how kind Renee, Andrea, and every one of the ladies are. They stayed late to make sure my hair was the right color where I wanted it to be. They gave me the ultimate treatment, and I was really touched by how sweet and well they took care of me. Renee and the stylists were honest and wanted to make sure I preserved the health of my hair, guiding me each step of the way, taking the color slowly to achieve the look we wanted. Each time I come back, I feel welcomed, accommodated, and pampered which means so much to me. I love how my hair turned out. If you want to be treated like a Queen and have the best hair and service, Olivia Lane salon is the place to be. I’m so happy I finally found a good hair salon. I can’t recommend this salon enough!"
