"Beware!! If you want to be threatened with a letter of possible intent to put a lean on your property after they have already been paid (in a very timely manner) then give them a call. After receiving a Registered Letter, informing us that a possible lean would be put on our property, we contacted our general contractor and were told he had received the same notice. He assured us the payment had been made and he was looking at the receipt for payment from Pearl Pool Plastering, LLC. We contacted Pearl Pool Plastering, LLC and spoke to Justin who informed us that they send this Registered Letter to ALL of their clients because "a lot of people don't pay their bills". Seriously?!? This is not a company I would choose! The actually work was up to par, however, I don't like to be threatened."
