"Setting up the appointment seemed to be an issue. I set the appointment a week in advance and confirmed everything on the phone, and was called back 3 separate times to confirm the appointment while being told it wasn’t put into the system before. It turned out fine, but that was added stress for me, as I wasn’t sure that we’d be scheduled when we showed up. The appointments were for my mother and I. We both got manicures and pedicures and she got a massage. While my experience was fine, the tech doing my mother’s nails did not do everything included, and did not do her nails well. The gel was left sticky and her full nail was not painted leaving a large gap between her nail and each cuticle. The tech mentioned it was her second day, and that’s fine, however perhaps she needed more guidance from a more experienced technician. For the price, and for mandatory 20% gratuity, absolutely unacceptable."
