"I've ordered online from Sam's Club for many years and this is the one and only time I've had to edit an order. To my utter surprise, I could not believe their website did not offer the ability to edit an order. Walmart provides this service. Why doesn't Sam's who is owned by them? Then, to add insult to injury, I contacted customer service and they couldn't edit the order either! Unbelievable! This alone wouldn't make me stop buying from Sam's. I'm a loyal customer, but they really have to get their website together. At the moment, they are subpar."

"The nightmare of returning something to Sam's. Like normal a store selling thousands of items an hour with only one person working returns. Some folks just gave up in front and left.. That's Sam's strategy hoping you will give up and leave than return something. They don't give a hoot."
"Worst Sam's club in Florida. Need a new management. Customer service gave wrong information and had an attitude like she didn't want to hear it and started helping the next customer. Call the call center (overseas) and got disconnected 3 times. Had to start all over each time. Spent over two hours on the phone to update and clarify an information on our account. We end up cancel the plus membership for our company. The price wasn't even that good to begin with. The savings doesn't even cover the membership fee. Save your money and shop elsewhere."
