"Love the Leaders products, but totally got con by sales rep at Bradenton store. Ask him several times if cushions included in 3 piece outdoor table set. He said cushions displayed with table are standard ones but if we wanted others than up charged. We decided to by the 3 piece table, he took our order and charge our credit card. Done deal..nope! We checked the bill, he only ran in one chair, and wanted another our credit card for second chair and cushions. We asked him several time before giving him our credit card.. this it total price. Said yes over and over. Said his mistake, he was tired and needed another $400 from us. Total con job!! Asked him to refund our credit card, said he couldn't, we needed to call office next day to get our money back. AVOID the Bradenton store!!!"

"Leaders Furniture in Bradenton was my best furniture purchase experience that I have ever had, and I have purchased a house full of furniture. The sales team was intelligent about the product, accommodating and respectful and handled my transaction from beginning to the very end. A special thank you to Joe the manager and Michael, also my salesman Chuck. It was my mistake that I had initially purchased furniture that was too large for my lanai with the chairs that swivel and rock, the room could not support that style of furniture. The manager was very understanding and he immediately exchanged the chairs for stationary chairs. I am thoroughly impressed with the superior quality of the furniture, and so happy that I made my purchase with Leaders. They are an outstanding Furniture Store. They also have many options that they offer no point in going to any other stores that tend to have one style framing. I am totally impressed with Leaders and will definitely spread the word.
