I have been going to Lowes since the day after the hurricane, I needed a chain for my chainsaw, but out of stock for 3 weeks, I finally decided to try Home Depot. Not a fan. Than as I was walking out because I couldn't find the chain or help, I saw a guy wearing the apron, I asked if he worked in inside garden dept. He said no but how could he help, you didn't have what I was looking for exactly, but he asked me a few questions and viola, I walked out with a chain and I went home and it worked!
