"We purchased our 9 ft. live Christmas tree, as we do every year from home depot, and was very disappointed with the associate that " helped" us. We picked out our perfect tree just to have him snatch it around and mess up several of the lower branches.while we were inside paying for it, several people were put in front of us and we were told, by the same sales associate, that he had to put us at the back of the line because he needed our receipt. He continued to be rude and even got another fellow to help us to our vehicle. So a special shout out to Mr. Ron Osborne for ruining our Christmas tree event for this year."

"I got some beautiful flowers and a great deal on mulch...I also bought a John Deere riding mower...I needed a truck to get the mower home..the associate suggested I rent...sounds great right? I mean I'm here the mower is here...what a great way to get done long before I thought I would..right? NOOOOO!! THE TRUCK HAD NO LIFT GATE! IT WAS HOWEVER MUCH HIGHER THAN A NORMAL PICK UP TRUCK! SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET IT DOWN THESE HUGE RAMPS...WHY WOULD SUCH A HUGE COMPANY HAVE SUCH A BAD AND DANGEROUS CHOICE FOR THE CUSTOMER? MY HUBBY IS OVER 60....HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THIS AT ALL....BUT THAT STUPID DELIVERY TRUCK WE RENTED WAS THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!"
