"We were just in here and when I went to check out there was a lady checking out at the registers closer to the doors. She has very short hair, and was wearing a green shirt and had a lot of tattoos. She was extremely rude to the customer in front of me and extremely rude to me as well. While checking out the customer in front of me I guess she didn’t like the way he was putting up his items and told him very loudly and rudely that however he is putting up the items is exactly how they’re going in the bag because she wasn’t going to go through and separate items. He asked her if she spoke Spanish and she once again repeated herself in Spanish to him very rudely and aggressively. He finally checks out and it’s our turn and she then tells me how I should’ve put the little glass jars on the top because now it’s at the bottom of the bag. You need to train your employees on customer service and how to do THEIR job! There should be no reason why a worker is talking to customers so aggressively and treated so badly! Then I call to speak to a manager and the manager herself was an even bigger joke when she laughed when I called to tell her about her worker. I told her oh this must be the way you all are and this is acceptable behavior because you obviously don’t care and hung up. I will be in contact with corporate as well let’s see if they think it’s a joke as well or if they will actually care. At the end of the day regardless if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers."

"Good place overall, just needs more cashiers. A little messy at times and the floors could use a cleaning, but that's to be expected of the dollar store atmosphere. Always have the nice seasonal decorations and good supply of candy before going to the movie theaters. Biggest thing is that they need a better checkout system."
