"This store is ridiculous at trying to get help. You have to go around and find people. Multiple wife showed an associate a picture of a sprinkler riser she needed and the people gave her an incorrect item. The store refused to return the item without a receipt or putting it on a gift card. Why a gift card if the inventory at this location is always wrong. I need the cash we paid for it back so I can go to Home Depot. I tried talking to the assistant manager Javier who obviously should not be in that position as he became argumentative over a $2 part that clearly came from Lowe’s. I filed a complaint with corporate and with the Better Business Bureau as this location continues to go down hill. The air compressor out front has been broken for months the store is not inventoried or managed properly and staffing is another issue. At Christmas time we came to get a tree and no one was able to man the outdoor tent. When we asked if someone could help us we were told no they closed it down for the evening due to a shortage of workers but you go inside and see workers talking on their phones or to each other in other departments. Fire exits blocked, slip hazards, homeless people using the bathroom in the sheds yeah not to mention the osha violations. Plenty more photos to add"

"LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR AN EMPLOYEE NAMED ANNA MARIE (I think that's her name ) AND NOT THE STORE. this person is by far the best employee in this location. She always offers to help and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it. Has a great attitude and work ethics THIS STORE WOULD BENEFIT FROM HER IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. she's the only reason why this location got a 5 star review today."

"I bought a door and left it paid to look for a large vehicle. The staff at Lowe's guaranteed me that there was no problem paying and picking up later. When I went to pick it up the Lowe's staff had already resold the door and they didn't have any more. Now it's been 3 days, where they say the door is for delivery and they don't bring it. When you call they say it's pickup. They are not responsible to the client."
