"Purchased my new hot tub from a local Dreammaker certified dealer here in PA. Upon delivery, the installers or lift truck damaged my skimmer lid. They shipped a new lid from the factory in 2 days. I then had a strange glitch while programming my touch pad and to my surprise, the factory answered my phone call from the number printed in my book. Great experience so far on my model 740S"
