"My upgraded glass pool tiles have been a nightmare! They just fall off and continue to fall off. They have been repaired 3 times but more and more just fall off. My pool tiles were "up-sold" to me by the salesperson, but to this day she has never spoken to me again. I noticed in these reviews kudos to Sara H. I agree she's great....but, she is no longer there and had no authority anyway. Bill, the owner has not called me once. I've tried to speak to him for over a year, many times but nothing! He never picks up his calls, the receptionist screens the calls and he certainly never returns his calls. This pool resurface was $7850 and the worst money I've ever spent. The thing that really sucks is the fact this company was recommended to me!! I COULD NEVER DO THE SAME. Terrible after service, they just don't stand by the product they provide. Philip H."

"I want to thank Sara, the sales representative because she always answered my messages and responded to all my concerns. I am very pleased and happy for the resurfacing done to my pool. It looks beautiful and all my friends loved it. They did a great job and I am very happy of how it looks! The tile team and plastering were awesome. Gerry and his partner too which did the last inspection and explain us how to take care of the pool for the next 30 days. Overall, I would recommend them to others. They also, have competitive prices."
