"Had cleaning services with them for a couple years and they randomly decided to stop showing up for some reason while still taking the payment. Pool is now green without a lapse in payment. I've called them several times and spoke to multiple people about it and the answer is always the same "I'll reach out to him". Avoid."

"Horrible people to deal with...just nasty customer service. They are way too busy talking to be listening to any of their customers. Every time I take my pool water sample in the morning and leave it by the door which is what they told me to do they never have it ready in the afternoon and than they have smart remarks when I ask about it."
"Absolutely terrible ...they are the most confused unorganized company ive ever dealt with, they were my pool company for a while and would come take care of my pool weekly. I called and told them I couldn't pay the bill on the 1st but would pay on the 4th and they still dropped me after two different people told me I would NOT get dropped just to pay it on the 4th. No one knows what there doing there."
