"They always closing down on some random day then when they open they got a meeting... so u can’t even work out upstairs or use the courts. I don’t even think the Phone number for the place even work. They got all these hoops yet they want to close the rest of the courts. When it’s packed it’s because they use the other courts for Volleyball… GO TO THE BEACH lol and best of all they want to charge a grand fee of $3 everytime. Auburndale rec is free because of Tmac but they don’t even have a weight room. So many times I come here disappointed, waste of drive the only good thing I can think of is that it is a clean facility"
"We just went to sign our kids up for swimming lessons at your complex. They said to be there 5:30 pm to 7 pm. We got there at 5:10 pm and they said the class for non swimmers was full. They said they started at 3:00 pm. This is very unfair to open early and us not be told to come early. Our kids were denied access"
"We were so happy to see how nice the new fieldhouse is. In addition to the courts, they have free weights, mats, medicine balls and a nice selection of machines. The upstairs mezzanine is 1/6 mi and wide enough to fit 8+ people standing shoulder to shoulder. Restrooms have 2 showers and there are lockers. The price is great for Winter Haven residents, $100/yr for an individual and $200/yr for a family. Love this place!"
"This was my favorite place to go swimming when I was young. We use to meet up with all of our friends and have a good time. Back then the price were about $1.50 to go swimming. Im not sure what it is now but I still see a pact place where people is enjoying themselves every time I ride by. My experience here has always been great."
"This venue has recently had an upgrade and new paint and what appears to be a through cleaning. It wasn't before it was due. But at least it finally was worked on. This is the main community facility in this part of town. You won't be overwhelmed by this place but there has been subtle improvements."
