"I give you all 5 stars bc of your staff at the winter haven hibbett in FL they treat me with the upmost respect ppl think I'm some kinda celebrity when I'm in the store everyone knows me by name. Greatest staff ever assembled in my opinion. I do feel that ppl like me tht spend a lot of money in hibbett should have 1st choice on raffles I drop $600+ almost every time I step through those doors and that is sometimes twice a week or more. Hibbett is my choice of store especially for my jordans and LeBron I'm a sneakerhead and my retro jordan collection is sick thanks to you guys so when I don't win I'm highly upset bc I spend good money with you guys."
"Stopped in about 630pm looking for softball cleats. Walk over to that general section but can't differentiate what's what so asked where specifically the softball ones are expecting an answer something like "bottom 3 shelves" or for someone to come over and help. The answer we get from across the store "over on that wall". Literally every shoe and cleat are on the wall. Keep in mind there are no other customers in the store. Started picking up different ones to randomly figure it out, seems like they're all mixed together. 10 minutes later clearly noone of the not 1 not 2 but 3 employees were willing to make the journey to the corner of the store to see if we needed sizes or anything. We left, will likely not return. And they wonder why everyone orders online"
"The lady that helped us, Saturday the 23rd, at opening time, was super helpful. She assisted in locating all of the items my boys needed for their baseball games that were scheduled for an hour out. We were in a rush, and she was very knowledgeable which helped to expedite the process so both my boys made it to their respective games on time! Can't say they won their games, but they were definitely prepared in terms of gear!"
