"Hired Premier to install a screened patio and awning. The project took considerably longer than quoted, and we had several problems throughout. In the end I believe the owners did everything they could to make us happy, but I still can't recommend them. They subcontracted out all the work, which is fine, but means that their job was essentially to design the project and manage the subs. Their design ended up not meeting electrical code, and the subs always came to us for direction so we basically managed the project ourselves."
