"I visited the store and spoke with Alee. He convinced me to upgrade to all new Pentair equipment when I needed a new salt cell, my filter was ancient, and my pump needed some parts. Alee installed the equipment. It was fast, professional and a clean install. In all, a great outcome, as the new setup worked better than my old piece mail of equipment ever did."

"This pool company is the most incompetent I have ever seen. Our heater broke so they sold us on another heater brand. It wouldn’t communicate with the existing automation and they were not able to fix the issue. Then, they were not maintaining the pool chemicals properly according to the pool equipment manufacturer and the heater they sold us on broke. $5k down the drain because it broke a week after the warranty. Now we have to get a 3rd heater in 3 years of a newer pool. Then they drastically increased the pool maintenance costs on us and the pool is constantly in terrible condition. It’s totally green and cannot use it for our Mother’s Day get together we are hosting with family. These people are incompetent and crooks. Don’t use them for service. And they are the most expensive for equipment so don’t buy from them either. Online or Leslie’s is usually cheaper"
