"Provided a $17,900.00 deposit in March of 2021. Was told for months that "I am the next job on their schedule." Fast forward 7 months and no materials have been delivered, no work started, despite repeated promises. I contacted the owner who told me that he had spent my deposit completing other jobs. He also admitted that he was unable to locate labor and materials and was trying to complete jobs on his own. I demanded my deposit and he said he cannot pay it to me. They took nearly $20k from us and have provided us nothing in return. Headed to court now."
