"Great Company for a pool. Certain Site Supervisor not the most communicative but figured out a way to work around that. Job took 2.5 months after first dig. Very happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone. Great with the permit process. Bobbi, that works in the front office, was very knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions throughout the project. No regrets!"

"We recently completed our new pool build with Trendsetters. We began our initial discussions with Dave back in 2022, however we decided at the time we weren't ready to move forward. In June, 2023 we finally decided to pull the trigger, and miraculously, their prices hadn't changed from our previous quote. We knew several people who had worked with Trendsetters previously and were all very happy with their work, so going into the process of selecting a builder and comparing quotes, we were leaning towards Trendsetters regardless. After reviewing proposals from several other builders, Trendsetters came in significantly below what others were quoting. On a project like this, I don't always go with the 'cheapest' quote just to save money, but due to the feedback from our friends, we were not hesitant to move forward. We signed our contract the last week of June and were told 3 months to dig and then 3 months to swim, which would have put us swimming right around Christmas. They ended up starting 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and everything was done with a full pool by Halloween, a full two months ahead of what we were told initially! We are beyond thrilled with the final results, and the entire process went incredibly smooth. As with any major construction project, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but nothing major. Their subcontractors were very friendly and respectful, and John the construction manager was very responsive and attentive to any questions we had. They were also very accommodating to building around the outdoor kitchen that we already had in place. I am also a very proud DIY guy, so I made plans to build the pergola myself, and they were very open to allowing me to set the posts before the decking was installed. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company!"

"We hired Trendsetter Pools to build our backyard pool with spa. Very clean process. Had a few bumps in the road, which is fairly normal in any construction process, but we worked through them. It helps when the staff is smart and truly wants to help, which is the case with the team at Trendsetters."

"Nothing but issues. Entire pool is going to fail and the retaining wall is going to bust out as a leak is causing the rebar to rust. (verified by 3 pool builders and inspectors). Built the table so far away from the seats in the pool you can't eat on it. They blamed me and said I should have looked at their measurements. I'm not the builder - you guys are. Deck jets shoot over my two story home and they never fixed it. One doesn't seat down properly. The lights inside never worked and I paid grands for those to never use any of it. Broke my screen, denied blame. There was discoloration issues in my pebble finish and what appeared to be rust and I told them before water was ever filled. Of course they did nothing. I think the best part was when I caught them installing black covers for inside the pool on the lights and jets.... Black... On a white pebble finish. I'm glad I stopped them right away and asked for white. Or I'm sure those would still be there. *In response to theirs - Not to worry I will add more photos of the entire back retention wall showing the deck jets are not the cause. I can include the inspectors letters as well. Thank you Trendsetter Pools for trying to lie to gain new customers. If I were a new customer I would never use this company.*"

I was initially nervous about building a pool due to all the horror stories, but Trendsetters quickly set my mind at ease. Almost exactly 3 months from dig to water so this summer will be fun filled!
