"Spent a few thousand outfitting kitchen with new appliances. Dishwasher failed within 30 days. They apparently have a 48 hour return policy on appliances unless you use a Lowe’s card. Whirlpool also doesn’t care and the earliest they can have anyone come out to take a look is 30 days out. If you purchase a brand new appliance and it breaks that fast, especially when I just dumped a few thousand on a whole set, the right thing to do is replace it, even if I didn’t use their super special Lowe’s card. I will certainly not buy whirlpool again and will not be purchasing appliances at any Lowe’s with their current policy. At least stand behind the products you sell"

"Went to purchase lumber. They only had a few of what I needed in the rack so I asked if there was another bunk. After about 15 minutes a guy came and located it. He then proceeded to explain all the steps involved in getting it down, which as a professional, I didn't need it to be explained. After another 20 minutes he finally got it down and he and another guy loaded it on the cart. I paid the almost 300.00 for the lumber and at 62 yoa, pushed it to my truck and loaded it myself. No one even asked if I could use a hand, even though it took two of them to put about half of it in the cart. I had loaded the first half. Won't be going back."

"Have being shopping here for close to 20 years an it has really gone downhill in the last year. It seems like every time we come they've moved everything around an you can't find what your looking for. Stick to a floor plan for at least a month until you change it. Don't get me started on there self checkout, it's horrible.Hire more people or pay the ones you have a living wage.... I do appreciate veteran parking an discount but don't know if its worth all the headaches you have to deal with. Edit 1\11\24 Went once again to try an find 1/4 an 1\2 craft wood for a project. Every time over the last year the majority of there wood is warped... The wood bins are not organized with different sizes all mixed up. Very frustrating. There tool selection is VERY limited they haven't restocked router bits,scroll saw blades and several other common tools.."

"I have shopped this store for years. Always fine. Not worth writing a positive or negative review about. Today went in to pick up some paint. Kyle at the paint counter did not speak. I know not everyone is interested in having a conversation but I expect a minimal level of human interaction especially in a customer service role. He did not speak a single time through the transaction despite me saying hello, telling him what I needed, asking if he had what information he needed, etc. He mixed the paint. Threw it on the counter. And that was it. No her you go. Have a good day. Nothing. It was so awkward his coworker in the paint area had to say from across the paint department have a good night. Comically bad customer service by Lowe’s. Kyle had a 2 year service to Lowe’s badge on his vest. I can only imagine Lowe’s doesn’t have high standards for their employees or they are just that desperate for employees that someone with Kyle’s level of enthusiasm for their employment could last more than a week."
