"We recently purchased a hot tub through Pinch a Penny. We're happy with the product, but even more pleased with the customer service. We had some issues with our own property that made the installation quite complicated. At any point, other companies would have easily walked away from us, dropped the hot tub off, and taken our money. Pinch a Penny stuck it out with us and wanted to be sure that we were happy every step of the way. They repeatedly said, "We want this done right." They showed genuine concern for the customer and our satisfaction - something rarely seen nowadays. We highly recommend Pinch-a-Penny on 9th. Kayla and Austin were great and I can't say enough good things about how they helped us."

"I called Pinch A Penny Pool to get help replacing my pool liner, they recommended I call Davison Pools, which I did. Well, needless to say, it turns out this guy is a sham and Pinch A Penny won't stand behind their recommendation. They are referring customers to an unlicensed and uninsured "company" that doesn't exist except for on FB. My pool is missing dozens of screws, my yard was left a mess, and trash left everywhere. I can't recommend a business that refers people out to Shady fake businesses and won't stand behind their customers after they get screwed by the company they refer you to. You would think you could trust someone they refer out, but that is not the case here. I would not trust Pinch A Penny if I were you. It's unfortunate, since I called and talked to a store manager and was given the excuse that this guy is the only one they know of that replaces pool liners and that's why they continue to share his information with their customers. It doesn't look good on a business to be recommending other businesses that do shoddy work. That's not how I would business network, and thus offer a 1 star review because I got bad deal."

These guys were professional, polite and simply made it a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs."

"We had an awesome experience with Pinch A Penny when we replaced our leaking pool liner. Brad and Robert guided us through the process. We chose a HD pool liner and new LED lights...and we are so glad we did! Robert, Jose, and Bill (?) did an outstanding job removing the old liner, making minor repairs and installing the new liner and lights! Very pleased!"
