"Called to get an estimate to bring pool back, water clear needs a vacuum n chemical correction. Can't do it myself due to surgery. Wants 125 to come look at it ...then 600 at a minimum. Gddamn word of mouth spreads quick around here"

"I wish I could give NO stars! The worst part of my job is having to deal with this company. Three years of absolute hell… When you have a problem, they just give you the runaround and tell you whatever they can to get you off the phone. Customer service is poor and communication is absolutely atrocious. I will say the office staff isn’t rude anymore at the Foley location in the last year, so that’s a plus."
