"Let me explain that had I not worked in fast food before I wouldn’t understand. But the fact that there is a drive through and a front counter there should be somebody to run both places. We all have to go to work so if the line is long in drive through I should not have to wait inside but because everybody is more focused on drive through front counter is neglected. I have never been somewhere that everyone is nonchalant and didn’t care about the customers. To have to wait 10-15 min for a donut blows my mind. Do better because again we all have to go to work. If you don’t like your job find another 1."
"Worst experience. They don't even know how to make the basic drinks and when you say something they give you attitude and say your wrong. The manager and employee started to fight behind the counter and the manager had to make the drink the right way because the employee didn't know how to. The food is gross to, just all thrown together with no care in the world with what they're doing. DO NOT GO HERE! There's a DD on Lantana and military, go there instead to save you the headache"
"The staff is polite, hardworking , team. I gave three stars as it was a simple order, spoke back to me to confirm it was correct - then I got my to go order home and the order was not right...the bagel was pasted with cream cheese( I scraped off) I do not eat and did not order. I think the receipt reflects proper order, simply toasted (but I got more than wanted."
