"I came in the morning and online ordered a coffee before my work shift. It took me asking about my drink twice and 30 mins of waiting before i just left. That lady working i think her name was Jennean was so rude. She talked to the elderly man in front of me like he was stupid and looked at me like i was crazy when i told her i was waiting 25 mins for my order. I came back later after i got off work to see if i could just have my coffee then and the girl Anna was soooo sweet and helped me. Love her."
"I ordered a large chai with a shot of espresso this morning to treat myself. It's a splurge, so I was extra excited. Delivered was essentially a large cup of steamed, watered down oat milk. Total waste of $8.35. You're better off with Starbucks or even a canned latte from Sprouts. Wish I could get my money back."
"The owner of this DD store needs to be better staffed and maintain the equipment. Whenever there is a rush of customers their food machine "breaks down". I didn't get my order because of this issue. So I reached out to customer service to get a refund. I never got my refund. They said the franchisee was supposed to reach out to me but they never did. So I paid for something and did not receive it. To this day I never received my refund. No compensation whatsoever. So I will never frequent a DD ever again if they're gonna steel customers money and their Customer service is completely useless. I would stay away from this DD. I go to Starbucks and I'd rather pay more and get exactly what I order, when I order it. Atleast they're more consistent than DD too."
"I’m shocked this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department it’s absolutely filthy. The few times I have been forced to go in there half the time some of the machines are not working. It’s such a shame because it’s a nice Plaza and it’s a newer store and it’s just absolute trash. There’s clearly know management and never anyone in charge."
"This place is and forever disgusting! The “ District manager “ Novita knows absolutely nothing and they hire anyone to be store manager. They slave their employees only working $10-$12hr 50-60 hrs a week but don’t pay them the right amount for the hours worked. Cheap and ridiculous. Multiple employees had COVID & was still allowed to work WITHOUT A MASK . Oh and if you love eating & drinking the coffee there DON’T . You’re bound to get sick"
