"The boneless wings were hard and difficult to chew. By the time the waitress returned, I had waited long enough and they refused to remove the charge from my bill. I only managed to eat 1 1/2 pieces. I won't return."

"The waitress never came back to the table when the food was served and I had to get refills at the bar. Then when I paid and then realized the check was wrong the manager said I would get a refund in 3 business days. Six business days have going by and still no refund."

"This has to be the worst restaurant in America today. Twelve people arrived at five thirty for a birthday party. At that time there were 4 or five tables in the entire restaurant They don't take reservations. So we had to wait outside for everyone to show up. Drinks were ordered the service people didn't know whose drinks were Who's and it took 2 people 5 tries to get our drinks even with the I pads. Once the food was ordered. The food came out as follows First 3 dishes, Then 20 minutes later 2 more, then 10 minutes 3 dishes, Then my dinner , then the manager came out and said are you all set? No I had no tortilla for my Freitas and the birthday boy, his wife & friend's food still was in kitchen. 55 minutes after the first meals If that was not bad enough. The server never came back to see if anything was wrong. If we need a drink refilled. The manager took care of the meals the birthday boy. The birthday boy's wife and the birthday boy's friend. Who was the last three meals to come out. My fajitas, steak and shrimp. The steak was well done and tough. The cold shrimp were exactly that little tiny shrimps cooked way more than they needed to be. How this company has a three hundred dollar stock price is beyond me. My meal was the fourth to the last meal served. And I can honestly tell you. I will never ever eat at chilis restaurant again. Several years ago I went there to chili's to try their chili. You would think it would be fantastic. It was bitter it wasn't hot and I ended up throwing it away. This was the last chance I'm given this restaurant and for me. The manager the cooks and the waiters need to be retrained."

"First time ordering from this location. Had a bad experience on take out 6 item order. Pizza was suppose to be cheese. But was pepperoni. Salad has stale tortilla chips. The triple appetizer had honey Chipotle sauce all the bottom of the container. Which got sauce on my eggs roll (soggy) and cheese curds. The nachos were soggy and cut up individually. The burger was overcooked, meat had a crisp to it. Over all not satisfied with the food."
