"You know this place is good if it has a 4.7 rating with over 3k reviews, it’s a packed house on a Saturday afternoon and you’re 15th on the waiting list at lunch time and they don’t even have to advertise. Had the chili and cheese footlong which I highly recommend, mozzarella sticks and friend ordered chicken finger platter. “Bar” Seating is first come first serve. Service was great. Always checked on us. Good group of people working there."

Notably, despite the crowd, the tables were clean, and the customer service was exceptionally nice, contributing to a positive dining experience. The toilets were also clean. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait —about 10-15 minutes for a table, which seems to be a clear sign of the restaurant’s popularity among locals and visitors alike. The kitchen was wast and there wasn't a long wait for the food. While the water served felt like standard tap water and was presented in plastic mugs with straws, these were minor points compared to the overall experience. The food was good, though it didn’t particularly stand out. It’s a place more about the overall experience than culinary innovation."
"Dune Dog Cafe is a fun restaurant worth visiting. It's covered tables, with a tiki covering picnic tables in the back, where the kids all played corn hole. The food was great, as we had the fried grouper sandwich, shrimp blackened with rice and beans, the swai fish Reuben, and a hot dog. The man came around making balloon animals for all the kids, and the adults at another table. Waitresses were speedy quick. Only wish would have been more pickles in the fried pickle appetizer."
