"I can’t speak to the quality of the smoothies here, only because the one time I tried to go they locked the door and had started cleaning up at least half an hour before the actual closing time. I understand closing a few minutes early, but that’s just bad service."
"I asked for no orange juice and no pineapple in a blimey limey and add extra pomegranate I got the most watery smoothie you could get when I asked for no orange juice. She told me I can’t get a remake and it is watery because she had to add less fruit and more pomegranate. It was a girl with 2 pig tails and color in her hair. Don’t recommend go to Jupiter west."
"The Abacoa location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe is absolutely terrible! The service is EXTREMELY slow (10 minutes for two smoothies) despite there being almost no crowd. In addition, the drink I ordered, Mocha Madness, was disgusting - it was bitter and filled with chunks of ice. In hindsight, I should have ordered a fruit-based smoothie, but it is not much to expect that every drink on the menu must be prepared properly."
"I would give 5 stars because every time we go to tropical smoothie my husband and I enjoy the food and the smoothies, I understand it’s a franchise however we were incredibly disappointed by the unblended smoothies we received, I had chunks of strawberries and Ice which made it difficult to drink from a straw, normally this wouldn’t happen, but whoever made our smoothies we’re not happy!"
