"Took forever to make a simple coffee, served us a tall after paying for a venti. When we asked for no ice, filled our drink up halfway and called it a day. God awful service. Dunkin’ is always better."
"The guy with dark longer hair working behind the cash register needs to be taught customer service…. I ordered a drink with “no whip please” I’ve never liked whipped cream in my entire life. I get my drink and there’s whipped cream, the girl who made the drink was excellent; she was like no worries and told the guy, hey you didn’t put no whip on the label. He then looks right at me and goes she said she wanted whipped cream….. I’m sorry but no I didn’t and who are you to argue over something so simple. Rude and will never return. I spend $230 a month at Starbucks. Disgusting service"
"You may like them or not, but coffee is always above decent the smell is awesome and place is clean. So if you not in the mood for finding amazing coffee adventure Starbucks is there for you. They food section deserve a large improvment"
"What looks to be a promising experience inside a clean Target turns out to be a very dirty one. As you can see in the photo, there is spillage everywhere. There was no rush of customers but instead employees who seemed too busy on their phones to clean their workspace and keep it sanitary for the customers. Pair that with the unfriendly customer service and you’ve got yourself a 2 star experience."
"Update: I was there again on NYE around 4pm. I ran in to grab 1 item at Target and thought I could really use a coffee for staying up all night. I went to order against my better judgement and they had NO expresso.... only decaf. They could not make any signature drinks. They really need 0 stars. Ugh! I go to this Target all the time. This Starbucks is frequently out of coffee, supplies and pastries which is disappointing... I stopped getting coffee while shopping on a regular basis. Today (Sat) at 9am they had no Decaf, no pastries but lots of attitude. Terrible service from Amanda when asked about the stuff they don't have availble. We like to go to Starbucks because they are all pretty consistent. Avoid this one. There is one with a drive through and better service on Jog/Lake Worth."
