"So I came to the Dunkin’ Donuts today through the drive-through and asked for a glazed doughnut. A medium hot chocolate, and a croissant with ham and cheese only The employee informed me that they didn’t have glazed donuts so I said do you have munchkins she said yes, I said OK can I get Glaze munchkins. Instead, she hands me over the box and tells me that they only had nine so she threw a chocolate one in there to complete the 10 the munchkins were hard one of them look like it was bitten into or broken. I also asked for a ham and cheese on a croissant, and she gave me a stuffed croissant with Swiss cheese and ham I will not be stopping here anymore"
"I usually do not leave scathing reviews, but with God as my witness I have seen the largest failure of the avsolute simplest of tasks. I ordered an untoasted everything bagel with cream cheese. And I got an everything bagel with zero cream cheese and toasted to the point of being hard as a brick. The thing wasn't even sliced! It is borderline hilarious with how opposite of a direction the very simple thing I ordered went in. I knew Dunkin Donuts was bad all across the board, but I only went here because my poor girlfriend wanted a bagel. We instead got a brick, and were so annoyed that we didn't even want to bother asking the staff for a refund. Go literally anywhere else for bagels, donuts, coffee, WHATEVER. GO. LITERALLY. ANYWHERE. ELSE."
"This Dunkin is a staple in my routine to school every morning. Very rarely do they ever mess up my order, & they always make my coffee just right!!! Service is great, food/coffee is even better! Iced Caramel Macchiato w/ oatmilk is my FAV!!!"
"Did inflation cause a shortage on icing??? These doughnuts are pathetic, they are bread with a hint of icing and the layer that is on them is super thin. With The Doughnut Patch and Doughnut King close by as well I will not be visiting this particular Dunkin anymore. Do better, this is not acceptable"
