"Honestly, Chewy’s is my favorite boba place of all time! The workers are beyond sweet and if they ever mess up your order they are quick to replace it. The menu feels endless so there truly is something for everyone. As someone with a gluten allergy, it’s also celiac friendly! If you’re looking for a boba place to regular this is definitely it. I also highly recommend the Tiger Milk Tea :)"

"They almost never actually have the tapioca pearls so if you want actual boba do not go to this place. The drinks are not great quality, watered down flavours and melted slushees or improperly made orders are frequent. They also have froyo but their machines are almost always down or unlabelled. No costumer service and frequent overcharging as well."
"Me and my boyfriend have been to this boba place several times. The majority of the time the drinks are delicious and the service is quick. However, our most recent visit was a different story. When we came into the shop there was only one other customer, we waited nearly 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged by the young woman working. We waited almost 30 minutes in total between ordering and getting our two drinks. We ordered a large and extra large drink and we received two large drinks. The woman working seemed very lost. I assume she’s new. I didn’t want to give her a hard time about the mess up so I let it go but I’m very disappointed in my recent visit here. I get the same drink every time I go here and usually it’s great but this time it was extremely sugary to the point that I couldn’t finish it. It tasted purely of sweetener."
