"I just drove thru the drive thru and one of the items purchased was a grande hot chocolate. I took the lid off when I returned home to add marshmallows and only had 1/2 cup of hot chocolate! It’s wet and rainy and I’m not driving back to replace it now. There seems to be a problem with this particular Starbucks. I don’t have an issue anywhere else. I’m really disappointed as the drinks are expensive and I expect to get what I paid for!"

"This is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Today will be my last day going to this location. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge customers who come in. Even when the customer says good morning, they will just ignore you or look at you with a blank stare. I have been waiting on Starbucks to send me a survey on my order from this store and they never do. They only send me surveys on Starbucks stores that give amazing service. Maybe this store has there survey turned off. The store at 305 Mitchell Hammock is horrible. I hope someone sees this and makes changes."

"No one seems very happy to work here. The atmosphere gave me "out of business" vibes. Very empty, boring and dirty. Napkins are an eye roll away. I'm Sorry I asked for napkins, no one stocked them! It was my birthday, they didn't even say happy birthday, they scanned my free drink and sent me on my way."

"This place is like always busy but Kevin was super nice and helpful. Came in with my mom and she wanted me to try one of her creations lol and she wasn’t sure which foam it was. Kevin took the time to make the foam for us to try so that they would make it right."

"I've been to many Starbucks locations, and this one prompt me to leave a review, because my experience simply didn't feel like the others. For starters the employee at the register was not friendly. Starbucks seating area was pretty packed by what I assumed where UCF students. No line just me, which is why the cashiers moody attitude surprised me. I was there for the coffee nothing else, so I let that slide, but when I stopped at the little napkin/trash area by the door (needed to add some extra ice to my drink) there was a horrible smell coming from the trash! It was so bad I didn't feel the need to open up my drink there. I poured the ice in my car."
