"Staff is working as hard as they can but it shouldn't take 20 plus minutes to get an iced coffee. This happens multiple times a week. Hire more help please."

"Six minutes it takes this place for 1 order. I timed it. at the time one card it took them another five minutes for another car. I would’ve left but I had two little ones who wanted their donuts. By time I got to the window I asked the girl is it just you too working. She said yes"

"I should’ve made this a while ago. Tbh was gonna call to speak to a manager but I’m just gonna leave a review. I’ve gone to this location probably 20 times and every single time my order is wrong. There were a couple times I had to go inside to have them fix it instead of just suffering and drinking the mess ups and I was kind and friendly and I was met with arguing and animosity. I’m unsure what the attitudes are for when this location is usually never busy. The staff needs to be retrained. Even menu items are just horribly made. I took a break and started driving to the one next to Lowe’s and that location is spectacular. Staff is so friendly and sweet and they make the coffees perfect. I was in a hurry and went to this location again and of course my drink is wrong again and I’m just over it. Maybe management will see this and fix it. To consistently go this often and never have a good experience is a problem."

"The food quality and customer service are nonexistent at this location. I don’t know why I keep going back expecting it to be better, but today will be the last time. We ordered online - a vanilla bean coolata, a hot chocolate and an iced coffee as well as a half dozen assorted donuts. The iced coffee was extremely dark and unsweetened, the hot chocolate tasted like cleaning chemicals and the coolata was fine. Despite the fact that the order was placed online and they had a printout of it, they didn’t have the donuts ready, and I had to remind them that it was part of the order. When I did this, I was met with attitude, and when I explained that the coffee just didn’t taste right, he didn’t say anything, but threw his hand out to me for me to hand it back to him, which I refused. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or what, but every time I go here, every single employee looks and acts completely miserable."

"Around 6:30 or so We stopped at this location last evening for a donut and coffee. Had a hour and a half drive home. It was totally freezing inside, the restrooms needed a lot of attention, the counters were dirty. Had not been wiped down in a long while. I would not sit my cup on it to put sweetener in it. The coffee was kind of warm at best. The donuts felt as though they had just come out of the refrigerator. Really need leadership and management there."
