"Lately this place is closed every other day or every day, in the middle of the day because of “issues”. You need to get this store up and running like before. This month it has being more closed than open. It’s a shame it doesn’t have better management. Only because the bathroom doesn’t work there is no need to close the store."
"Our day concluded with a visit to Bonnie Burn Park, a charming green space in Winter Park. The park offered a perfect setting for picnics, outdoor activities, or a casual game of frisbee. Families and friends gathered, creating a sense of community and togetherness."
"This starbucks is always such a hit or miss, they usually do such a good job and the employees are always checking up on you to make sure you got your order. But other times they mess up your drink order and give dairy milk instead of the non dairy alternative. They will sometimes not make my matcha correctly and it is not mixed correctly and clearly portioned wrong as well. Where the matcha powder is stuck to the bottom or bits of it floating at the top. When the drink is made correctly this will never happen. The pictures are the matcha powder at the bottom of the drink showing it was not made properly."
"This review is for Ellie. Ellie is simply a delight. Unfortunately, this location tends to attract rude customers, and she maintained a great attitude and a cheerful personality even when being treated poorly. She went out of her way to make sure my drink was perfect which was kind of her and showed true professionalism. While many ignore the pressure on a barista at an extremely busy location, you give credit where credit is due. Ellie deserves a promotion—she’s the perfect representative for Starbucks."
"I have been to dozens and dozens of Starbucks across the country, and I must say that Ellie represents the company and this location to the fullest. She has an upbeat and positive attitude, even with rude customers. She takes pride in her work and wants to make sure everyone is happy upon their first sip. I’m not big on writing reviews, but this young lady deserves 10 stars. A promotion should be in her future."
