"We got coffee and sandwiches here on the way to markham park across the street. When we got to the park, the coffee immediately spilled Before we even put the straw in. And on the sandwiches they didn't even melt the cheese. If it wasn't for the sandwiches, we wouldn't have asked for another coffee. However, since they messed up on the sandwiches as well we went back to the store and try to get another. Jose, the manager told us that Since we had already left the store it doesn't matter if it spilled Even though we took a picture of the coffee (attached) and showed it to him. And he said this after the batista had already told us she would make us another one. The barista did a great job. However the manager jose needs to have a lesson in customer service."
"Quick service, fresh donuts, good food and great staff! Always a pleasure to pick something up from the lovely staff here at the relatively new Dunkin'. I highly recommend the Snackin bacon and the sugar donuts. The munchkins are also good."
"I come here frequently and always have a good experience. I picked up 2 and a half dozen donuts for my sons bday celebration at school. My order was done on time, even with some confusion with my name and pick up time. They were patient with me and very willing to help. Thanks everyone!"

"Service is extremely dissatisfying. They have young high schoolers working inside cursing back & fourth with each other. The wraps aren’t heated enough and come out cold. I witness them serve clients wrong drinks one after the other. If the owner of this franchise wants to keep making money here make sure you check in on your business once in a while."
