"Always understaffed. I was one of 12 people in line at 8am on Saturday morning. Most Race Tracs in South Hillsborough County are either understaffed or dirty. Their food is usually empty or looks old. Maybe management at the district level should be looked at and then get store managers that care and then hire some great help."

"The staff is worse by the week. Miserable management behind counter. Angry workers. Food is constantly old except for few days a month. Zero care given at this location on hwy60. Go anywhere but here if possible, you'll wish you did."

"I just came out the store and this Hispanic lady act like she wanted to threaten me about calling her to the cash register.. all I wanted was some gas and she had a whole attitude towards me... Almost felt like she was racist against black people because she didn't have an attitude with any other Spanish people that was standing in line with me. I honestly recommend anyone that has the same issue feel free to let her boss know, she honestly doesn't need to work the cash register with such poor customer service"

"There is a Spanish woman that works in the morning time on Sundays That is rude as hell. I went in to get gas and there are a few people standing in line while she wasn't paying attention and she was the only cashier... I just wanted to get her attention and let her know we were standing over here and she replied to me very rudely.. I wish this was an issue about race but I'm black so there's no excuse for someone to act that way towards another individual."

"Love this store. Always clean. The morning girls are a great team. It's always super busy in the mornings. They are always pleasant and super fast to get you checked out as quickly as possible. Keep up the good work."
