"I submitted a mobile order for a chai latte to the Starbucks on Causeway Rd on Monday, November 27th. I went in to pick it up, it was ready, no issues with the employees. I didn’t start drinking it until after I started my route to work. It did not taste right but I just thought they had forgotten to add the flavoring. This was the only thing I had to drink or eat that day. After drinking it I felt nauseated off and on all day and by the afternoon I spent my afternoon and evening in the bathroom expelling that drink and dry heaving. I have felt nauseated since Monday and have only began to feel better and was finally able to drink fluids and eat a little something today. I am not sure what was in that drink that made me so violently ill, maybe the milk, I don’t know but it really made me sick. Not cool Starbucks!"

"I come here every morning to get a brown sugar shaken expresso even though there is a starbucks RIGHT next to my house i STILL come here. recently they have been basically giving me the expresso black with barely any oat milk and A HUGE scoop of ice. I had to go home and scoop the ice out and once i was done there was basically no coffee in the cup anymore. I had the lady remake my coffee one time and she began telling me that the Venti cup of expresso I ordered comes with the littlest bit of oat milk so I need to ask for more. Every other starbucks I have gone to doesn’t hand me a black coffee when I order this so something isn’t adding up.Very VERY dissapointing."

"This Starbucks is ALWAYS upbeat and professional! I love coming to this one. Even when they are super busy, the drinks are out still between 5-7 minutes! I’m absolutely impressed and the Store Manager Ashley worked in such a way! It is always inspiring to see the Managers keep the crowd calm and still deliver in a timely manner"
