"If you want your smoothie to taste like water, take 40 minutes to be made, and not have blueberries (or bliss) in your BLUEBERRY bliss, then this is the location for you. I’m convinced nobody runs this location and a bunch of dudes just clock in to work here and do even less than the bare minimum. Everyone there waiting deeply regretted their choices today. On the brightside, made some friends as we waited for what felt like eternity as we all mutually agreed to never come back here again."

"A year ago I rated Tropical Smoothie a 5. Today they earned a 3. Ordered the Chicken Thai wrap. It took four (4) Bounty paper towels to sop up the peanut sauce the wrap was drenched in. If you’re on your lunch break, rethink coming here unless you have time to run home and change your clothes because the sauce will be everywhere. On you, and in your car. Just one big mess. I had to unwrap the wrap and try to dry the contents so it would be edible. This much sauce is like a mouthful of Mayo, it’s disgusting. Whoever is making these wraps is wasting a ton of product which translates into money and that person needs to be fired. Seriously, whoever owns this place, retrain your people. A wrap should have the ingredients along with a nominal amount of sauce tightly wrapped then cut in half. Not falling apart because it’s so soggy from the overload of sauce. As far as taste, the smoothies are extremely good. I know the foods is too…usually. Not so much when it’s drowning in sauce."

"I wish I would have read the other reviews before dining here, although I'm a firm believer that you should form your own opinion. Well, the other reviewers are not wrong. Sadly upon entry there were not any employees in the front at the register, nor to greet anyone. There were 2 employees working. One making smoothies, the other making the food orders - they did say they would be with us as soon as they were done with what they were working on. The front entry and dining area - none of the tables were cleaned off/wiped down/sanitized (as you can see in photos) nor was the entry way carpet. The floor by the table we sat at was super sticky, to where you could feel your shoes sticking as would walked on it. I can't comment on the restrooms, as I would only imagine that they would be in the same poor conditions. The food - Thai salad was good but the lettuce was cut in large chunks that needed cut again to be eaten. The Caesar wrap was ok as well, but had tomato in it?"

"This location was terrible. We usually go to the one on Causeway, but we were already in the shopping Center, so we stopped by. What a terrible experience; the entire staff was so standoffish and rude. We were the only ones there, but they took 30 minutes just making our two shakes and salads. My salad had cabbage ends or clumped rice and we just threw it out. The only reason for two stars is because the smoothies were good. Otherwise, it wasn’t worth the trip. We haven’t been back since. *Update since COVID 10/2020 — the restaurant floor is filthy with several water spots on the floor kitchen."
