"I would give them a zero,but it wasn't an option. Today was my second visit and once again stood in line for 10-15 minutes while the employees stood at the drive thru chatting away. There were approximately two cars in the drive thru. One time maybe there was an issue, but twice...not okay. I will never visit this particular location again. Management needs to either retrain its employees or send them packing."

"Honestly most patient and friendly customer service I’ve had a really long time. It was really refreshing to have Cam take our order and share some personal stories on a holiday day afternoon. Even with less than 30 minutes with closing time they wasn’t in a rush to close but to make sure we were taken care of. I really do appreciate it especially being stressed about the holiday, it really helps having such a warm experience."

"This 4☆ review is all because of Elijah!! Without him, it would have been much lower. I frequent this location. I have to admit that.... it's not consistent. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. However, today I wanted to leave a review because of Elijah. He was awesome!!! The only one at the drive thru and doing everything himself. From taking the orders (from a line filled with cars) to making the coffee and ice cream. It must have been difficult for him and frustrating too, to have to do everything himself but he was patient, attentive, and efficient. Please let him see this review and know his hard work is appreciated. He is definitely an asset to this location and is another reason I will be back. Elijah, thank you!!!"

"I never leave a review no matter how bad the service but this particular place is always an issue with customer service, food, lack of doughnut choice and food missing the mark. Not once or twice, it's a do I drive thru and try again or just not. This morning was just unacceptable. The abrupt unwelcoming, tone we received thru the speaker left me speechless, meeting up with it when we pulled up to get the coffee we waited a good minute in silence for was just as disappointing. Not one smile, no niceties, courteous gesture or an ounce of professionalism. No thank you at the end of the miserable encounter. In the end we got two coffees, (we were never encouraged to add donuts either) and as my husband put his cup down, he said it best. Muddy water...."

"Went in to get coffee and donuts today with out of town guest. Outside had trash can overflowing. Inside was dirty and coffee did not taste fresh. I have been to this location before for cold brew and I could taste coffee grounds in coffee. Store appears poorly managed."
