"I went through drive-thru. I had five cars in front of me and the line moved very quickly. I was greeted over the mic with a woman that helped me with all my questions was fast and efficient. I picked up my food. I ordered coffee and a sausage croissant very good. No complaints from me."
"We ordered a regular coffee with a splash of cream, it was clear as water, we asked to please replace it and same thing, they didn't get it that the coffee pot was so diluted that it tasted like hot water. The 3rd time was the same so we returned it and left. I remember when dunking coffee was great tasting and strong. Now is just hot water. Shame."

"Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them multiple changes still being newer but it just gets worse. Employees are severely overwhelmed and have no problem sharing it. A drive-thru with only 2-3 cars should never take 20+ minutes. It was so bad today that the car in front of me actually left without their food after paying. Imagine paying for food and leaving before you get it because it’s taking so long? Shame on Dunkin for allowing such a terrible experience for their customers and employees."
