McDonald's

"Terrible customer service. Just got 2 happy meals for my kids and asked if I could have the penguin as one of the toys. Manager was very rude and said absolutely not, even though the employee at the window was willing to help us out and they had them in the back. Now I have been trying to consul my 4 year old autistic son who has been crying ever since we left. Oh and not to mention we ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and were given a chicken nugget meal instead which didn't help the situation at all. Thanks for ruining our day!"

"Second time we've come here and experienced the same issue. Our order goes though, I get a number and they don't have the order. Since there is no one to help at the front counter you get ignored. This location only focuses on drive though orders, so don't do expecting to get any service inside the restaurant. Will never go to this location again. I do have to mention that there was one lady that helped out with the issue. I had asked a few of the workers behind the counter and they basically ignored me. She went to the register up front and looked up the order and put it together, which is great considering we'll had waited over 20 min. That lady was awesome, but others not so much."

"I ordered at the Mobile Pick Up, and after waiting about 30 minutes, it said it was completed. It wasn’t. It wasn’t particularly busy - I went in to see what was happening. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was able to speak to someone. They were dumbfounded, and they apologized and started making my order. Finally we got our food, over an hour later. I asked if they knew what happened, but she just shrugged. I drove home 5 minutes, and when I bit into my burger, the bun was rock hard stale, and our fries were also cold. I only took a few bites before throwing it away. This was definitely my worst McDonald’s experience to date. I will not be ordering from here again, or any McDonald’s."

"Ordered nuggets and found this thing in my box. They even counted it as a nugget. Can’t wait for Chik-fil-a to open because I will not be back here. African American heavy set manager with a puffy afro in a bun on top of her head and it’s maroon in color is in the food prep area on her phone. Managers should set a better example for their crew."

"I ordered a hamburger and there came a piece of suction cup inside hamburger! A tragedy could have happened, as one of the burgers belonged to my 6-year-old daughter, and luckily this piece of suction cup came inside my burger. It could have asphyxiated my daughter or any other adult. A lack of attention and enormous irresponsibility of the employees when preparing the food. My family and I will definitely avoid this location."
