"Awesome breakfasts and bagels. My usual is a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the food is always hot, fresh and amazing. The staff is always pleasant. I have had turkey sandwich before and was also excellent, made with boars head meats. They also have a variety of baked goods that are also delicious as well. Worth the trip."

"Very friendly and delicious bagels ! First time there at Sunrise Plaza location. Ordered pumpernickel w cream cheese, and cinnamon raisin with egg and cheese. Their coffee is delicious and hot! No Luke warm stuff. Going to try their baker’s dozen half priced on Mondays!"

"Stopped by as we were running errands in the area and had heard good reviews from coworkers! Small shop with big flavor! Bagels are fresh and delicious! We had the bagel sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese and it was warm and tasty! We sat outside to enjoy our breakfast and people usually order ahead and pick up in store, this place is really hopping! The ladies at the counter were super sweet and friendly, would come back again if we’re in the area!"

"Very exciting to see real bagels in this part of Florida. But by the time I got to the shop, they were practically all out. Unfortunately, I was only able to get a couple and by the time I got home that late afternoon, they were hard as a rock. Also tried one of the muffins but it was a bit too dry for me. It just crumbled into little pieces. Best to get there mid morning and not near closing time which is at 2pm."

"The service is a 1, super slow, not a lot of “service with a smile.” I felt like I was an annoyance rather than a paying customer and I don’t think any business in the service industry should generate that vibe. We arrived around 11 am and they were sold out of a lot of their stock. We ordered the Western omelette with an everything bagel and cream cheese and a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took about 20 minutes to get to be able to order and another 20 to get our food. The vegetables were fresh and the omelette was a 3.5. The potatoes were not good. The sesame bagel was great but the everything bagel had no flavor. It was just a lump of dough. The outside seating area is very nice. They were the closest to New York bagels that I have had since moving to Florida but seriously if the service doesn’t improve I would find it hard to give them more of my money. Tip: they do a big business with Door Dash and the did delivery so you may want to use them or call in your order or order online to save time waiting"
