Dunkin'

"TERRIBLE customer service at the window when I drove up to get my coffee. The guy working the window was absolutely disgusting with how he spoke to me & I do not appreciate it. Especially when I did nothing wrong. All I asked was about why I had an extra charge on my order that I did NOT order. He treated me so rudely & clapped his hands at me saying “ I’m just teaching you, ya know LIFE LESSONS” because I questioned a charge that shouldn’t have been there. I understand there’s a charge for “caramel” or “almond milk”. But the extra charge clearly says “ additional caramel swirl” when I didn’t order anything additional. I go here before I drop my son off at school and after this, I’ll go to Starbucks or something else rather than this Dunkin."

"When I went through the drive-through, I ordered a medium mango refresher, when I got to the window it was a small. When I told the lady working that I ordered a medium, not a small she immediately got an attitude with me and got snappy. She tried to go back and forth about the size, but the customer should always be right. She overreacted then walked away. She came back and handed me my drink in a medium cup and once I had drove away and looked at the cup, I realized she poured the small drink in a medium cup and filled the rest with ice. I do not like behavior like this, and will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again."

"Lauren was absolutely wonderful! She's so friendly and efficient. She got my order done quickly and made me a great ice mocha latte. I wish everyone who worked there was as happy as she is. Thank you for a great experience Lauren!"

"I come to this DD weekly (only because it’s the most convenient location). It is horrible. Food is ALWAYS stale. Service is ALWAYS slow and inaccurate. Atmosphere is ALWAYS dirty. The staff is very slow, and has a hard time filling orders correctly. If you ask for corrections or complain about anything, they will argue with you that you’re wrong. I honestly can’t believe that the owner, manager, and staff are allowed to own, manage or work at this store."

"Walked into the facility at 6:45pm today (Saturday). A lady approached me an said they are closed due to being understaffed. There were 3 employees, all with DD headsets outside talking to other people not employees, one of the non-employees even walked into the place smoking. 2 more customers were turned away. All 3 employees were outside seating on a table and by a car with other people who were not employees, seemed to be smoking."
