"Ordered my meals in the drive thru. I ordered 2 large meals. When i pulled up to pay they had the wrong size drinks. He corrected that for me. I ordered a double cheddar roast beef sandwich and when i got home the sandwich was the regular which had very little meat. The fries were supposed to be large crinkle cut, when i opened the bag there was a small crinkle and small curly. I never ordered the curly. Fries were ice cold. (As a side note) the worker inside had his pants almost to his knees and his boxers were fully visible, doesn't seem appropriate in a food establishment."
"The lady at that counter was rude and didn't even acknowledge me while I stood at the counter I had a question and was trying to flag her down but she disappeared. Then I heard make the comment that she didn't care if that white guy didn't get his food. She messed with monitor and was just a plain mean person. Look folks life is short yes it can suck but let's smile and try to make the world a happier friendly place. There is no more customer service."
"I just waited in line for over 10 minutes for a sandwich. Fries , mozzarella sticks and a drink. Manager said he's still waiting on mozzarella sticks and made me pull around. Waited another 5 minutes. Crazy wait time for fast food. Manager said there's only two people here and wouldn't even let me talk..(so my wait should be ok in his eyes because there's only two people) which I feel before you upset customers running two people, you should consider just not opening your door that day. The last time I came was the same exact way so it will be my last time here. What a shame too because we usually love to eat here."
"Food was amazingly delicious, and reasonably priced. My spouse and I each had ordered a Gyro combo that was very delicious! Dining room nice and clean. We had an opportunity to meet, and speak with the manager Mr. Browning due to an unfortunate event while ordering. Situation was resolved and we will be returning. Arby’s # 7541 in Lutz, FL"
"Bummed I didn’t get the name of the manager on duty, but dude knows what he’s doing. BOH was wrapped up with some massive online order, as places get from time to time. I wasn’t too worried about the wait for my food, but the manager apologized and offered to rectify the situation as he saw fit. A few minutes later, I had a bag full of hot, fresh food. The entire staff was nothing but polite and welcoming, everyone greeted me with a smile. Y’all keep up the good work!"
