"My wife and I ordered in the app for a 2:30pm pick up and when I got there there was only one employee working and the line was not too bad. She started to make the orders and gave me mine and I made her aware that I had another mobile order and gave her the name. As time went on the other employee came to help and people that were there after me were getting their orders. I waited 30 minutes and they were cleaning up and I asked have you made my other order and one of them threw away the order receipt from the printer and I had to show the order from the app."
"Went this evening to purchase a few smoothie for the family and they closed the doors prior to their advertised closing time of 9pm . I went in around 850 pm . They had already locked the door , turn off the light and were cleaning . I tried to come in and all they did was look at me and continue cleaning. So unfortunate as I have normally enjoyed all my smoothie king visits in the past"
