"this place is horrible.....I've attempted to get legit assistance from this place multiple times. I know for a fact that they pick and choose who they want to give assistance to. you cannot display an income chart on your website and tell me that is what you use to determine whether or not someone qualifies and then turn around and say they're not qualified. I took a pay cut and hoping I would get assistance I applied because I reviewed their chart and it said I was eligible & once I applied they denied me bc I make $100....yes ONLY $100 over the income limit for a 3 person home...having to suffer to make sure I have enough money to be able to send both my children to daycare each week paying full price & not have to miss work is stressful enough. the most frustrating part of all this is being a WORKING MOM and actually reaching out for help just to be told no bc of $100 is crazy....yet there's people approved with same amount of children making MORE than me and theyre approved (people I know personally)...how does that work....OH BECAUSE THEY DONT REALLY LOOK when they renew info.....how about actually giving new people a chance for assistance instead of always extending people who've always had the assistance."
