"This is for East Tower (since they don’t have a page for a review on Google, which seems like a real disadvantage) - East’s Opus location has INCREDIBLE employees with great work ethic and the best customer service around. All the employees always make me feel welcome and will accommodate any request, even for random things that don’t make sense and/or are abnormal (such as mint in a caramel macchiato). They build relationships with customers and maintain a great culture for this hospital tower. I love Opus Coffee."
