"The tablet/payment system has gotten terrible. It increasingly has problems, which costs an extra 10-15 minutes of waiting. No issues with the coffee. The staff are awesome, and a big reason why I keep coming back. I've been a long time customer, but I may not come back if the tablet/payment issues continue."

"This place is cute, approachable, and authentic. I love that they have a drive-thru (though I didn't use it). Their "trick or treat" special was a lot of fun - I told the barista the temperature, size, and milk preference and that I didn't want anything really sweet, and they surprised me with a really delicious little concoction! I'll definitely come back to try more of their menu and chill in their laid-back atmosphere."
"Such a special treat when we visit here. It has been a while since our last visit but the flavors have not changed. I normally get their White Mocha Freezer. This drink tastes so amazing that I get it every time I visit. It has coffee in it without being bitter and taste so smooth when you are drinking it that I find the bottom of the drink way too quick. While I love going into the store it is often so busy that you have to go through the drive in."
