"The manager working the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. She was even more rude to her staff. Just a miserable human being."
"Don't go here if you have children in the car. Tried to go through the drive through to get everyone some food and every 15 seconds was asked for our order by 3 different employees. When I told them I needed a minute they rudely told me they were in a timer and I basically needed to figure out what 5 children wanted in less then 2 minutes. Needless to say we left and won't be returning our business to any of these establishments ever again."
"No one has a clue what’s going on at this Dunkin’. We placed a mobile order and when I got up to the window they tried to charge me for the food that was already paid for. We had to wait 10 more minutes for the croissants “to cool.” The people working there don’t care enough to even try to communicate with the customers or their fellow coworkers. We could barely understand the drive through attendant or the woman at the window. We ordered two sandwiches and avocado toast. When they brought our order out to us there was no toast just the bag with sandwiches. They made the toast for us, but it wasn’t toast, it was bread….and then we found out that someone made the avocado toast on one of the croissants???? Not sure what the was about. Plus their “fresh” croissants were dry and basically burnt. All and all the worst Dunkin’ experience we’ve had in a very long time."
"Went to drive through and got a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted and I Ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Extra bacon on the side and something else. That was the order behind me,Then I went inside told him. They gave me the wrong one. Then they go and try to give me the wrong one again.finally got mine. How hard is it? customer's order right not that damn hard, they were Rude. Didnt apologize. I will never go there again even though it's the closest Dunkin to me. And I still gotta drive a 1/2 hour just to get to that Dunkin'."
"Immediately upon arriving the young girl in the drive thru was rude. Ordered specific donut holes and they just threw in whatever they wanted, ordered bagel and it was hard as a rock. Iced coffee was just cream and no coffee. The young lady was just so rude. If you don't want to work there then just leave. Whoever is running this store needs to hire better people or manage it better."
